Two men are facing charges after Brant OPP found $500,000 worth of contraband cigarettes and tobacco-related products in a van during a vehicle check on Colborne St., E. early this morning.
Investigation revealed about 1,500 cartons of contraband cigarettes.
Two Ohsweken area men, Lyle Henry, 51, and Lester Martin, 53, are facing charges under the Tobacco Tax Act for Possession of Unmarked Cigarettes.
Both men are set to appear at Ontario Court of justice in Brantford on July 27.
