I'm writing this letter to inform the peoples of Six Nations of the actions being committed by Band Council thru their trustee's Lonnie Bomberry, Howard Staats, and Tom Loft.
They are acknowledging the Plank Rd. is Ontario's and wanting me to collect taxes. In Feb. I received a summons to appear in Cayuga to answer to the trustee's request to obtain an order to use all available force, including the use of OPP, to forcibly remove me & my family from my home and business here on Plank Rd. near 5th Line. I write to all on 3 subjects; The Plank Rd., Taxes, and Treason.
On the Plank Road - My smoke shop is located directly on the original Plank Rd. from my shop you can see the remnants of the road before straightening. In Mr. Bomberry's affidavit, sworn Jan. 27/10 section 18 He states "The Smoke Shop is located on land owned by the Provincial Crown or the Ministry
of Transportation". One of the fights at the negotiation table is our unwavering truth that the Plank Road is ours!
On Taxes - All of us know taxes is a bad word here. Especially Provincial or Federal Taxes. But by Mr. Bomberry's words in his affidavit, I believe their intention is clear. Section 24 he states "The shops are
operated contrary to Law, in that they are selling cigarettes on which appropriate duty has not been paid. (Who's Law)
Then in section 25 he states "No Taxes are collected when goods are sold and, thus, no taxes are paid to the Municipality, Province or Federal Government. The enterprise being conducted is accordingly of an illegal nature".
On Treason - Treason is the betrayal of one's country. I believe they have betrayal of one's country. I believe they have betrayed the peoples of Six Nations by first siding with the providence and Canada,
that the Plank Rd. is theirs.
That flies in the face of our people here and negotiations.
Secondly, by stating my smoke shop is illegal because I don't collect another countries taxes, It shows to all of us here, they are guilty.
