Because of the spineless Dalton McGuinty and Julian Fantino not protecting the tax-paying Ontario couple Mr. Brown and Ms. Chatwell, we taxpayers have had to pay out an undisclosed amount of tax dollars to them.
We the taxpayers deserve to know how much the incompetence of McGuinty and Fantino cost us. If it weren’t obvious that those two couldn't command a rowboat when the Caledonia fiasco started, it should be crystal clear by now, while we are opening our wallets for a situation that should not have happened.
Brown and Chartwell sued the Ontario Provincial Police and the government for failing to protect them and their home during the Native occupation of the Douglas Creek Estates housing project that almost surrounds their property. I respect Brown and Chatwell's personal privacy in regard to their private finances and they deserve every cent they got, but, bottom line is, we need to know what those two who were supposed to be our leaders cost us. Remember this people, the floodgates for multi-lawsuits has been opened and every claim submitted most likely will be justifiably won.
McGuinty and Fantino should be held personally and financially responsible along with having their butts kicked to pasture. Here's a thought, make 'em both live in Caledonia if they want their retirement cheques. I wonder how many friends they'll have there.
