On December 29, 2009, the government reached a settlement with Dave Brown, Dana Chatwell and Dax Chatwell, residents of Caledonia.
The government is pleased this complex matter has been resolved.
The settlement was reached without any admission of liability by any party. By agreement of the parties, the financial terms of the settlement are confidential.
