Police have arrested a Six Nations man for not following his bail conditions. Haldimand OPP say they arrested 44-year-old Stephen Powless on Friday for attending an address he was specifically prohibited from. Powless had been previously arrested for trespassing on private property where a discount smoke shop had been set up without the property owner's permission. Powless will be in Cayuga court on Monday for the charge of breach of recognizance.
