DISQUALIFIED DRIVER CHARGED (LP09293923)

 

 

(CALEDONIA, ON.) – Haldimand County OPP has charged a 51 year old Six Nations man with Driving Disqualified after being observed at a Caledonia, Haldimand County address. 

 

On Wednesday November 18^th, 2009 at approximately 9:20 am an officer observed the 51 year old man who was known to him to not have a drivers licence at a Argyle St. Caledonia business,  The officer attempted to stop the vehicle a blue GMC pickup truck which drove over the sidewalk in an attempt to elude police.  The truck was followed to a Cayuga Road, Six Nations address where with the assistance of the Six Nations Police Service the driver was arrested.

 

Charged with Driving While Disqualified is 51 year old Larry Longboat of Six Nations of the Grand River Territory.  He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga at a later date to answer to the charges.
