TILLSONBURG, Ont. - The provincial and federal governments are investing $3 million to improve police facilities at Six Nations.

Brant MP Phil McColeman and Brant MPP Dave Levac joined Six Nations Chief Bill Montour Friday afternoon to make the joint announcement.

Montour says he's pleased to get the funding, which will go towards building a state-of-the-art, ecologically-responsible police station.

Earlier this week, the two levels of government announced that $20 million would be spent to enhance policing infrastructure at 12 First Nations communities in Ontario.
