The victims of Native Violence in Caledonia, Ipperwash and Deseranto will all appreciate our support.
You all have seen just the tip of the iceburg and we will soon release evidence of the OPP's concealing important information from us about the identities of Native criminals who have committed numerous assaults against the citizens of Caledonia and the OPP as well as the already documented criminal acts that have caused millions of dollars of property damage throughout Caledonia while the OPP looked on.
Fantino has continued to look the other way when Natives commit the crimes while coming down hard on any victims that dare to speak out about this Native criminal activity and demand OPP action.
We have police documents showing the Identities of Natives police claimed they did not know identies of and profiles showing they have no driver's licences or suspended liscences yet they are seen on video driving around caledonia while the OPP look on without charging them for their offences.
These internal OPP documents were sent to us courtesey of the OPP's own officers obviously just as disgusted with what is transpiring as are we.
The latest straw was when Fantino and the OPP gave Clive Powless 4 written character references for his criminal trial knowing that Powless has been a major player in directing the tearing up of roads and leading other terrorist acts being committed in Caledonia including leading numerous serious assaults against OPP officers in Uniform. Clive Powless lead an attack using clubs and axes against Officers in uniform back in 2006 that injured numerous OPP officers during a botched OPP raid to remove the initial trespassers on Douglas Creek Estates.
We think that we have been immune from this travesity because of where we live and it has been convenient for us all to pretend that it isn't happening but we must all stop and think about what is really transpiring in Caledonia and throughout Canada and try to place ourselves in the shoes of the Victims of Native Violence and ask ourselves why are we not getting involved and demanding that our voices be heard so that the Majority's rights will also be honoured so that we don't become the victims of a Government running awry willing to sacrifice our constitutional rights to equality under the law so that a minority group advocating violence for their cause can be appeased.
Do we really want to live in a Canada where the Law doesn't apply to one race of people who continue to demonstrate their propensity to break the law, steal and damage our property and endanger the lives of our friends and family knowing full well that the court will let them off or give them lesser disproportionate penalities for their crimes than the general population.
The time has come for accountability and the removal of a crooked cop breaking the laws of Canada under direction of a provincial government that has demonstrated how far it will go to avoid it's duty to the citizens of this province to enforce the Laws, protect our property and guard us from injury to our person. Everyone from the Leader of the Provincial Government, his Attorney General, the Crown Attorneys and the Leaders of the OPP have demonstrated their involvement.
One only has to attend provincial court to see how wrong-minded this policy is.
Having been on the receiving end of false charges and the one-sided criminal system being applied in Cayuga Court I can speak with authority. I stood charged for an assault I did not commit through 5 court dates while the crown abused my rights refusing me full disclosure of the charges against me and refusing to review video evidence that clearly proved the charges were bogus. The crown did not act in my interest and did not follow any of the defined procedures for private prosecutions.
The same crown still refuses to lay charges against a Native woman who clearly assaults me in the video evidence I provided in my defense as well as charges against the Native Male who clearly sets me up in the Video and assaults two OPP officers in the same 3 minute video.(private prosecution mischief charges and assault charges against the Officers pending) Meanwhile a non native citizen of Caledonia was convicted of assaulting a Native sypathizer who was coercised into laying assault charges by the OPP against this Lady for pushing him away from intimidating another smoke shop protester.
The OPP went after this Lady who was protecting her friend from a foul mouthed agressive person screaming profanities at a woman while videoing her reaction. Race based policing you decide.....
For the record this profane spewing instigator told the OPP to F*** Off when they first asked him to lay charges but gave in to the OPP's demands for charges to be laid yet these same police refuse to lay any charges against any of the Natives that assaulted us. In fact the Crown Lawyers have blocked every attempt made by us to lay private prosecution charges against the perpetrators of the violence against us.
These are only a few of the examples we have and we are actively persuing other options available to us to lay charges including Orders of Magnamus Against the Crown to enforce the Law equally.
Fantino is more interested in a personal vendeta against Gary McHale than enforcing the Law equally for everyone.
