(Cayuga, ON) On April 10th, 2008, the Ontario Provincial Police Criminal Investigation Branch launched a criminal investigation into occurrences that took place at a development site on Thorburn St., Cayuga, Haldimand County.
On August 20, 2008, as a result of the investigation, Floyd Montour age 69 and Ruby Montour, age 67, both of Ohsweken were charged with Mischief contrary to the Criminal Code for obstructing construction at the site.
The Montours received summonses Thursday to appear in Cayuga court on Sept 24, 2008 to answer to their charges.
