Fears police powers

As a citizen of Ontario, Caledonia and Canada, I find it very scary that the OPP believe that they have such unlimited power, as is evident by the type of conditions they impose upon Gary McHale and others.
The volume of Native crime that goes unchecked has left citizens with no other choice but to stand against the violence thrust upon them. They do this alone.

The OPP have spent the better part of two years defending, deflecting and lying about Native crime in this Province. Fantino and others have misled the public through ironious news releases that drop the blame squarly upon the shoulders of those who oppose this very lawlessness.

The personal vendetta that the most powerful police officer in the Province has held against Mr. McHale and other civil rights activists who oppose two tiered justice, has created a climate of race based, intimidating policing.

For a court to uphold such aggressive and unjust conditions for conditions of bail is further proof that Canadians do not have equal rights under the law.

Please remember what group stole twenty six million dollars worth of property. Please remember who has failed to uphold the laws of the land and ignored court orders. Please remember what group resorts to violence because it pays. Please remember the victims of this two-tiered justice. Please do not ignore the video evidence that displays police fear when dealing with Natives. Please recognize the rights of citizens to assemble and the obligation the OPP have to ensure their safety. Please recognize OPP officers who are assaulted and pushed around by Natives.

If it were not for Caledoniawakeupcall.com, no one in this failed democracy would even have an inkling of the crimes being committed against the citizens of: Caledonia, Deseronto, Ipperwash, Hagersville, Cayuga and many other places around the Province.

If the OPP are allowed to proceed with such policies that ignore civil rights, we will never be able to assemble unless we are Native and we will never be able to oppose injustice. We will lose the one thing that is supposed to guard against Police State tactics... freedom to assemble and speak.

A police force that answers to no one is just plain dangerous!
