Subject: Update from Grand River, November 5, 2006

Canada finally laid its [illegal, bullying] position on the table at the latest meeting of November 3rd 2006. [And it isn't pretty!]

In a nutshell, their position is: "It doesn't matter if protocol was followed back in the 1800's. It doesn't matter if the monies that were supposed to be paid to us for the lands were not paid. It doesn't even matter if they followed the law at that time. It only matters that the courts today will back Canada because they "believe" [illegally and contrary to the documentary evidence] it was Six Nations intent to surrender the land". [Canada has stated its position to continue committing genocide].

They cited truck loads of [fraudulent] documents [which they haven't brought out such as the ones signed by 50 of the Confederacy Chiefs, which we have that are contrary to their position]. They have to back up their position [which they can't]. All they need is the manure truck to take away their load of b.s. [which they should stop dumping on our land]! They even had the nerve and flex their [flabby] muscles by indicating that the current peaceful negotiation process had failed. They're saying, "Oh well, we tried!" [We say, "Too bad for you!"]

They suggested they are standing strong on their position with the Plank Road [one of the easements stolen from us]. They would look at a more "global" approach. [In other words, they're getting sick of this "Indian shit". They thought they had committed the perfect crime and that it was a done deal" No, it's not a done deal. They're naked as a jay bird. They are the criminals. Canadians, get up and support us! It's 'our' problem!] They made this statement without hearing Six Nations position. [Which is, "We're right! We're here to stay. We're going to keep struggling for justice].

You know what that tells us? Canada doesn't want to admit its guilt. [We and the world know they're guilty of fraud, theft and genocide]. All week the [corporate] media has been tossing this issue back and forth like a "hot potato". Neither the province nor the federal governments want to take responsibility. [They just want to send in the police on us, just like they did in the 1920's when they carried out an armed invasion to depose our legitimate government to put in their "puppet" council. Today the OPP doesn't want to come in because they know it would be illegal].

The Federal Government is citing that they are not responsible for pre-confederation treaties or land transactions. [So everything goes back to the pre-contact situation where we own everything. Good. Let's start here]. Hey, buddies, send in your Governor General or Her Majesty [They keep telling us that Canada is a "constitutional" democracy, when they don't have a constitution except the one enacted by the foreign British Parliament]. Better yet, send in your Pope. This boils down to the Law of the Land. We hold the title [even according to British common law]. Their trickery, lies and deceit to usurp our authority is well known in Creation.

Canada, the lawless nation, has the nerve to call Six Nations "lawless" and terrorists" [It's calling the kettle black]. We follow the principals of our own law, the Kaierenekowah/Great Law. We never ceded jurisdiction to the Crown. We aren't "Subjects". We are "Allies". [Complete opposites].

What is Canada's defense? [They're caught with their pants down]. They [pretend] they don't have to follow the law! [They're a lawless state. They think that's the only prerogative they have]. [What does this mean?] Every person who buys a house doesn't have to pay for it. Canada will support you because all you have to prove is "intent"! Better yet, all those who hold mortgages can stop paying for them. Furthermore, everyone should be exempt from paying taxes on their property. So taxpayers should stop paying taxes, put it in trust and organize a big tax revolt. Six Nations will look after that trust. It won't matter if the monies benefit you as the supposed title holder. What Canada is saying is, "Yes, the Indian Agents at the time were taking Indian rents and lease money, lining their own pockets and bankrolling Canada at the expense of Six Nations". So what worked for them, should work for Six Nations, if we follow their rationale.

Another reason they brought up is that Six Nations had more warriors then the British had soldiers. Six Nations insisted on creating their own leases. The British Crown refused to allow that. So the British were forced to dispose of our lands to look after all of their squatters. Their position is that it was at the insistence of the Six Nations. [Does this make sense?]

Given the current population growth, the number of warriors coupled with our alliance with other Indigenous Nations, we still have a stronghold on our territorial lands [which is all of 'Canada' - Turtle Island]. The Crown had better realize this. The coercion, force and deceit of the past will not continue. The Onkwehonweh are not going allow this fraud to go on against us and our brothers and sisters across Turtle Island.

We are asking all Onkwehonweh, our brothers, sisters, friends and allies of the World to send a clear message of solidarity with the Six Nations to the Governor General of Canada [gg@gg.ca]. Remind her of the Crown's responsibility to honor and uphold the treaties, obey the laws and take responsibility for its fraud and misappropriation of trust. She has to resolve the outstanding situation. She should order Canada and its agents to deal equitably with us. Otherwise their actions are contrary to Peace.

We Onkwehonweh will stand strong. We will not be bullied into overlooking one of the biggest conspiracies and frauds in the history of the world. Canada cannot be judge and jury. This violates the basic principle of the rule of law, that it must be resolved before a neutral third party agreeable to both sides! We are meeting again on November 9th. We will be presenting our rebuttal to the true history of the Crown on November 14th.

At the land reclamation site we have welcomed many visitors in the past few weeks. Yesterday, visitors from Columbia shared their history with us. It was similar to ours. They went through genocide, theft and encroachment of their homelands. They made a presentation to the Confederacy Chiefs Council. They will be sending us their flag.

Last week we received support and two flags [Australian and Aborigine] from Melbourne Australia. We greatly appreciate your letters of unity and support, your visits to bring us supplies and for those individuals and organizations who have helped out financially. Keep us in your minds. Nya Weh!

The United Nations of Love and Light will continue to Inflict Peace throughout the World and Truth and Justice for Creation will Prevail.
