COLOSSAL JOKE! MCHALE'S 200 "WHITE MAN'S MARCH" TO TIM HORTON'S COFFEE SHOP BEHIND
OPP SKIRTS TO PEER AT THOUSANDS OF SIX NATIONS INDIANS AND SUPPORTERS
MNN. Oct. 17, 2006. What does Canada, Ontario or whoever the fools were who hired Gary McHale to instigate violence think of his colossal failure? Gary McHale of Richmond Hill, also a part of Six Nations land, wanted violence. He brought in skinheads, KKK and other professional instigators and mercenaries from both Canada and the U.S. It was an expensive operation, with choppers overhead the whole time. How many were actually committed to the McHale's cause, we don't know. He and his wife Christine, carrying a yellow rose [of Texas], led their followers to Tim Horton's coffee shop in Caledonia 700 feet from where we were standing. Then they got in their car and promptly left abandoning their followers.
His complaint was against Canada's two "tier" system, one for Indians and one for the whites. Gary, for once you're right! Howard Sapers, the ombudsman for inmates, gave his Annual Report to Stockwell Day, Minister of Public Safety. It showed that there is a two tier system. Indians are arrested, jailed and put into the prison system across Canada in far greater numbers than anyone else in society. We get treatment which is far more brutal than on anyone else. Mr. Day rejected the report and said, "I don't accept this", that there is no empirical evidence to support this conclusion.
From our assessment of the march in Caledonia, there were about as many OPP as protesters. The OPP weren't in riot gear because they know us and knew nothing was going to happen. About 50 of the protesters went over the perimeter and tried to get close to us. A few little kids ran over to them and they backed off. Guess they did not want to be seen beating up little kids. They didn't want that on the news. The press was there in droves drooling for a story, pining for bloodshed. Too bad! Nothing happened.
Does this failure mean they now have to resort to more "serious measures"? Is an army occupation next, with troops, equipment and weaponry? Has this failure made the next maneuver a more serious one? No matter what they've done so far, they've been beaten in the propaganda campaign. The large number of supporters who stood with us showed it. Indians showed peace while facing hatred and, in this case, peace won.
We think that someone wanted to see how we would react to all these psychological and physical provocations. How much force can we muster for the next one? Can we match theirs? They wanted to see if we were still paying attention. They have lots of money and resources. They wanted to know if we still had a following or whether we and our supporters had lost interest. Well! They found out we're still on the mark.
Thousands of Indigenous people, our brothers, sisters, friends and allies showed everybody something important, that we all want to be treated fairly and equitably. Canada has to sit down and talk with us as equals. The steel workers and other unions were there on the front lines with us. There was lots of good will and good food.
We stood together to show that we are not going to stop reclaiming what is ours and Canadians want us to do it. Janie Jamieson thanked McHale for "bringing us together again". Now the Assembly of First Nations, another Canadian government lackey, is being sent in to settle the issues. We don't know why they are doing this. They flunked Aboriginal Law 101. The AFN are Canadians and do not represent us.
Do Canada, Ontario, the developers and the police think that if they remove us they will win? This is not a football game. This turnout of supporters demonstrates that Canadians are sick of the old colonial game. The corporate colonists think that they can apply terrorist tactics to shut us up. McHale is a government supported terrorist whose funding and cover has been blown.
They are trying to make us back down. Canadians are sick of their tax dollars being squandered on stupid frivolities like this and the Kanehsatake fiasco of $34 million missing dollars. We are happy that there was at least one former politician, David
Peterson, who saw through the lies. He called McHale and his gang a "bunch of wackos". Do Canadians really want to continue to throw their money to the wind like they did on Sunday?
Yes, on Sunday, the cops protected the Indians from anyone who was going to break the law. It was a reversal of what they had been doing previously. Are they being influenced by the tactics in the U.S.? After all we do have evidence that corporate colonial Canada does hobnob closely and may even take directions from the ATF, CIA and FBI. Keep an eye on what the U.S. does. Like how Prime Minister Harper said "Ho hum" to reports that U.S. gun boats were shooting it up in the GreatLakes.
We do have a right to protest. There was no trouble at Six Nations. The media said there were thousands protesting against us when it was only about 200. We know how closely the corporate media and the police work together. The media would never have any stories unless the cops tipped them off. If they do not cooperate with the cops, the media would be out of business.
The U.S. is getting involved in Indian issues in Canada. At this point they did not want an uprising. They want us for the time being to have a level of trust in the police. It is to put our guard down so that we will look at their justice system as being for us too. They want us to trust them. Next thing you know, we'll be assimilated and won't put up any resistance anymore. We will become friends with the agents of the corporate serpents who control the governments and the police.
Let's get it straight. We want what is ours. McHale and his wife got their five minutes of fame. The Prime Minister has gone to sleep at the switch while someone runs everything for him. But we are going to stay awake. We are also interested in knowing how much the government paid McHale to pull off this caper.
Finally, here's an honorable mention. After we dispersed and there were still many at the front barricades, two drunken white Caledonia ladies came to visit us. They stole our Confederacy and Unity flags and tried to run off with them. Were they playing "capture the flag"? They found out it wasn't a game. An elderly Indigenous woman was standing by watching them. Suddenly she jumped on them and grabbed the flags off them. Then the OPP was called, who arrested the two women. Right on, WTH. As you can see, the sun never sets on the Women Title Holders!
