On Dec. 4, 2008 Clyde Powless plead guilty to assaulting Gary McHale. Mr. Powless had 5 character witnesses on his behalf - 4 of these witnesses were OPP officers. Below is Commissioner Fantino's email supporting Mr. Powless who has directly been involved in many of the illegal activities in Caledonia - Mr. Powless as assaulted dozens of OPP officers over the past 3 years, help block the roads for days and weeks at a time etc.
