The Following document was emailed to me from a reliable source. Aug. 1, 2006

The Provincial Liberal Agenda to resolve the Caledonia Illegal Land Reclamation

The following is the confirmed plan from within the LIBERAL party under Mr. Dalton McGuinty in resolving the Caledonia situation. The target date for the plan to be completed is October 1, 2006

Douglas Estates Property

  1. The Douglas Estates will become an Economic Enterprise Center with the main item a CASINO. The Province will run the place and share revenue with the CONFEDERATE CHIEFS and Haldimand Council. No word of the Casino will be given to the public until after 2007 election.
  2. Item unresolved: Approximately 33 lots owned by individual builders of the Douglas estates will be negotiated for 9 to 12 million.

Lands Provided to Natives to assure Native Cooperation

1.      The Natives will be given ownership of Port Maitland property some 1500 acres

2.      The Natives will be given ownership of property in South Cayuga by Dunville some 4700 acres

3.      The Natives will be given ownership of property in Townsend some 1000 acres.

Haldimand County Council

1       The Haldimand Council (who have censured  Marie Trainer -the Liberal party is out to get rid of Marie Trainer because they can’t control her) have been told by the Liberal Party if they keep their months shut and support the Liberal Plan the County will be given a Pool and Recreation Center with no strings attached.

The Caledonia Alliance

1.     This organization is working in cooperation with the Liberal party with the main players Mr. Ken Hewitt, Ralph Lumies and Jason Clark have been given marching orders and financial gains by the Liberal party.

2.    The Caledonia Alliance will be given 2 to 3 million dollars that will be leveraged by financiers related to a Credit Union. This money will be used to stimulate the local economy via joint Crafts and Business fairs locally and support businesses that will not join the Class Action Suit against the Ontario Government.

3.    The Caledonia Alliance have started to pick individuals for the next election (to be held in November) of Haldimand Council to maintain control over the Council. The first candidate is Lorraine Bergstam to run for the Mayors office who the Caledonia Alliance feel they can control.

The OPP

1.  The OPP will be dropping all criminal charges against the Native warriors and Chiefs and blame Gwen Boniface's poor policing policies (have set her up already).
