Police States are ruled by the minority:

Most police states are formed by a minority who cannot get their way through democratic means. They are unable to follow the current system to get their way so a group, a minority of people in society, get together to change the system through the backdoor. The change comes through intimidation, through the willingness to inflict both physical and ecomonical harm upon people, business and political leaders. The Natives are doing just that. Many times Natives will send their news reports to stock markets around the world - why? To presure businesses, who only want to make a buck, to cave into any demands the Natives have.

We saw examples of this last month when the Natives threatened to barricade a railway line in Manitoba. The company faced with the fact that the Natives were about to commit a criminal act on their property either could fight it or give in. The Rail Company agreed to send a letter to the Government to call upon them to resolve Native Land Claims - as if this company wanted to get involve in this topic. This was done only because of Native intimidation.

How does all this point to OPP actions? The OPP has made many changes over the last few years to bring Native Friendly people into the command decision. These decisions are allowing the intimidation to continue in Caledonia. This minority group has far greater influence over police than other groups. The MELT team was setup to propagate Native views amongst non-native people. Meaning that the MELT team is sent in to tell residents in Caledonia that the Natives are not as bad as their own eyes are telling them. The Natives are to be understood and we must give them time.

Of course, time is just what these groups want. Time to gain greater control, time to intimidate more businesses, people and politicians and time to setup shop or a base of operation - the DCE homes are great for this. Notice that the natives are putting no effort in trying to find a native burial site on the DCE land so why the big holes?

Police States control the Press:

I think we have proven the OPP is willfully controlling their Press Releases regarding Caledonia. We pointed out that since June 21 until the end of July the OPP media officers were telling everyone that everthing was quiet in Caledonia. Suddenly after we ran our stories showing that the OPP media officers were lying to the media and public we have several press releases since the beginning of the month. And suddenly these releases appear on the OPP crime alert site almost immediately, whereas it took days before. Since we were the only media source attacking OPP media habits why did they change?

Now the OPP has to control media through different methods. Since it has been exposed that they were willfully failing to inform the public, they now must make it look like they are informing the public but protect the mininorty group that is seeking to control the system. We see this in the Press Release regarding the Sunday Night event.

Make sure you don't imply that the minority group started any problem or were attempting to intimidate people. Make sure you state that all sides are part of the problem. And most of all ensure that you state that there were victims of the violence on all sides. The OPP states, 'As a result of this incident, unknown projectiles had hit a resident, occupier and an officer. No injuries were sustained.  Vehicle and property damage also occurred.'

You notice in the release that all sides were injured and the OPP never state whose vehicles and whose property was damaged. If you say that residents had their vehicles damaged and residents' homes were damaged than you present the possibility that people will see the residents as the victims. Thus, you hide the fact about whose vehicle and property was damaged while clearly stating that a resident, an occupier and an officer were hit by object - you see everything is equal.

Furthermore, you never draw direct attention to the minority group. It is not residents, Natives and an officer who got hit. The OPP are also now calling the Natives occupiers - but are they willing to state that the occupiers are natives or are they trying to make this as indescript as possible?

You also make sure you exclude any details that draw attention to who started the incident. No facts about the fires, the native flags or cutting a hole into a Canadian Flag. The public at large cannot know that these events took place on the same day. Don't release the fact that the Natives have moved Hydro Towers to the edge of the road and have called up reinforcements.

These details may be understood by the public at large that the Natives were building up for something, that they were sending a message to the residents and the OPP. [more details]

Of couse it helps when the Government helps to control the media. [story][story] This is done through punishing the Media as well as attacking the messager.

Police States rule through Secrecy:

All Police States must function in secrecy until it is too late for the average person to do anything about it. Although we are nowhere near that point, we can see that last week the OPP took all the steps that a Police State force would take.

Secrect meetings with a selected few at secrect locations hidden away from the public. Not only is the public and media not allowed to know who are at the meetings or where they are, but also officers & Government personnel are kept completely in the dark. [more details]

In all police states these secret meetings always result in policing policies. Who suggests the policies and why is never known. In Caledonia it is not different. Within days of Gwen Boniface's secret meeting with her hand-picked people the police set up a check point to control residents, not Natives. This check point uses yellow pass cards so the police can quick identify who the residents are for this check point. No input is allowed by those affected but not included in the secret meetings.

MELT team spread out with the new Policing policies to persuade residents it is for their own good, they requested it and it is meant to help them. The OPP Media Officers join in the propaganda to support the claim that somehow residents requested this and wanted this but which residents and when did they request it... well, that discussion was held in the secret meeting at a hidden location.

All people, of course not just the minority group who is trying to gain control, must check in before travelling down the road they live on, a road just like any road in your neighbourhood.

Police States are controlled by the Few:

Police States are always controlled by the few. I don't mean the fact that a mininorty group is seeking to control the whole population but that a few within are the real controllers. We are not suggesting that people understand how their role is being used by those few in control but it is happening.

Various people are sent into the community with a preset agenda to control the larger group. John Nolan as senior negotiator is sent to the parents' meeting last week to ensure nothing against the Natives, the minority group, was passed. Instead, Mr. Nolan came with the agenda of a beautification plan. Something that says nothing about the Natives nor the crimes, but looks good. Something that allows the Natives to continue their crime spree while hiding it from the public. We are not saying that Mr. Nolan is aware that he is being used by others to control the public, but it is clear he is sent by someone to ensure the parents don't raise too much of a stink.

We have already identified the fact that the 7500 OPP officers are controlled by a few. Secret meetings with hand-picked people who create policies. No minutes and no idea what was said and by whom.

Anytime you want to change a system so that the few, a minority group, has more power than they should, you must control the voice of the public. You must allow people a voice but limit that voice through those who you control. The leaked Liberal Plan states that control of the local message is being done through the Alliance. According to Ken Hewitt it is completely untrue because they have no connection with the Liberals and have not received any money from them. We have proven that Mr. Hewitt is not telling the truth about the money because they have received two cheques from Liberal grants to the area.

According to many blogs, both native and non-native, the key members of the Alliance are part of what people are calling 'the old boys club' and have a history of liberal connections. We have no first hand knowledge of such things, but the number of people telling us this raises some serious questions.

Furthermore, we point out that the Alliance web site is as friendly as one can be towards the Liberals and we point out that the Alliance members are the only ones in Caledonia who have been in private meetings with the highest people in the Liberal Government.

But what stands out even more is the fact that Craig Ashbaugh, the sole elected councilor for Caledonia, has been silent. At first we thought it was just another politician collecting a paycheque while refusing to help the public they claim to represent. Then we realized that Craig Ashbaugh is listed as a volunteer of the Alliance while his name is completely missing in the contact section of their web site.

This is both a marketing ploy as well as limiting public awareness of Mr. Ashbaugh's position and responsibility to the public. The marketing benefit is that the Alliance get to use Mr. Ashbaugh as a councilor of the area to give credibility to their group. Then the Alliance protects Mr. Ashbaugh from public exposure by not having his name in the contact list.

If you are angry about what is happening the Alliance has a whole list of people to call, but don't call Mr. Ashbaugh. They don't want the public to be drawn to Mr. Ashbaugh as the person who is accountable to the people of Caledonia. Remember the leaked liberal plan stated that the Alliance was to help ensure the correct people, liberal friendly people, were present in a positive light for the upcoming local elections.

Can anyone tell us anything that Mr. Ashbaugh has done to help the residents? How many times has he met with the people most affected by this event?

We are not claiming that the Alliance or Mr. Ashbaugh are aware that they are being used but someone, a select few, are controlling what is happening.

Police States control through Racist Profiling:

All Police States must function through some system of Profiling, whether by race or religion or skin colour. In this case the Racist Profiling is whether you are a non-native. Once the OPP has determined your race then they operate completely based on that profiling.

Once an officer determines that you are a Native he is allowed, even ordered, to standby while you assault fellow officers and even try to kill one. Once an officer detemines that you are a Native he is allowed, even ordered, to standby while you steal private property, and take over and live in other people's homes etc.

While OPP perform their racist profiling to determine who to stop to check out why they are in a particular part of town, the Natives are free to roam anywhere at anytime. On Sunday night, the Mayor determined that she wanted to speak to the natives about them throwing rocks at the residents - the OPP stopped her. Did the OPP determine that Mayor Trainer is not a Native and therefore, did not allow her to walk in certain parts of her town and speak to the very people she represents?

Racist Profiling controls everything the OPP is doing in Caledonia. Not one decision is made until the officer determines whether or not the person is a Native. OPP media spokesperson Dennis Harwood told the media that residents created signs to inflame the Natives. Have you ever heard Mr. Harwood say anything about the numerous Native signs around Caledonia? Mr. Harwood should have the courage to talk about the Native signs.

Police States force officers to forget their training:

For any Police State to function, the average officer must be controlled or retrained to follow orders to the point that any common sense, any common moral belief is removed. Officers must be forced to standby while seniors are attacked, while media is assaulted, while a fellow officer is almost killed.

Everything the Boots on the streets have experienced in their past and all their training must be removed, deleted or controlled to the point that almost anything can happen to a person without police intervention. This allows the minority group to rain terror, control and intimidation on the greater population.

There is not a single officer on the street who, if allowed to speak freely, would support the orders from Gwen Boniface and senior Officers at the OPP. There is not one who would look you in the eye and tell you why he can just stand there while a fellow officer is almost killed - other than he was ordered.

You retrain, you control and you force average police officers to forsake their traning, their experience, their personal morals and their conscience to be replaced by robots who only know how to follow orders.

One thing that is completely clear from Caledonia is the transformation where responsible, skilled officers have been completely replaced by robots without emotion, without morals and without concern for the average resident of Caledonia. Remember, the OPP wouldn't even help injured people at a train accident - they asked a resident to go see whether people needed medical attention.

Robots to the very end.

Police States overrule Courts and Law:

For any Police State to take hold the standard system of authority, of control and of democracy must be overruled - always for the sake of the greater good. It is always because the few know the greater good while the average person doesn't have the ability to see the larger picture. Do you think Police States start with the police telling the public the truth or do they always tell the public how their actions are for their good?

On this topic I do not have to express my opinion. Judge Marshall has already made it completely clear that the OPP action of not enforcing his court order is a direct attack on the Rule of Law and on the very heart of Democracy. Judge Marshall has stated repeatedly that the Rule of Law must be restored. By definition you cannot restore something that is already there. Therefore, Judge Marshall is stating that the OPP have allowed the Rule of Law to be removed and it must be restored.

Gwen Boniface and her senior staff have single handedly removed hundreds of years of British law and order. They have, by their actions removed the rights of each citizen in Caledonia to be equal under the law, to be treated justly and fairly by the police. One thing that makes Canada different than the US is how we were founded.

In most cases the US expanded by people heading out west. These people created the law through the peacemaker - the Colt 45. The law and system of justice travelled west over time. But in Canada, in most areas, the law, the Mounted Police, travelled west followed by the people. The people always turned to the police to bring about justice, fairness and Law & Order. This is a big reason why US citizens have a right to bear arms while Canada has a gun registry.

Gwen Boniface and her senior staff have destroyed our history, our heritage, our justice system, and have ended the rights of citizens of Caledonia to peaceful order.

Replace this peaceful order with fear, intimidation and lawlessness and you see just how quickly Police States gain control over the courts, over laws and over the people.

Police States start quietly and grow without public notice:

Police States start off working quietly and grow slowly. At the beginning there are many other powers and therefore things must be done quietly. You have to silence or control the media. You have to overrule the courts, the system, the Rule of Law and peoples's democratic rights.

Most of all you need time, you need the public to give you the time, you need the court to give you the time and you need the media to not cover the details of what is happening.

A small group of people working behind the scenes to change the system so that this group has greater control. In a democratic society, if you want changes, you tell the people what you want to change, you want mass media to get your message out, you create blogs to clarify your message and you pick public figures to run to bring in this change - not so in Caledonia.

Secret meetings at the highest levels of government and the police, control and intimidation are the weapons of these people Open and Honest dialogue must be avoided. Anyone looking into what you are doing must be silenced, belittled and have limited access to public information.

The OPP may not be willfully moving to a Police State, but they sure have followed Police State policies.
