After reviewing the document you may ask why is this being posting now since it is dated Sept. 19, 2006. Well, it appears the lawyers for GRE are not the brightest people on the planet. They sent this legal document via email to the wrong people. We received it this week from someone we have never heard of who wanted to know why GRE had sent this to them.

We had not idea why Montour & Hill, via their lawyer, sent it to the wrong people but we hope they paid their lawyer for this mistake. Maybe I should send them a list of email address they can send this legal document to so we can increase their legal bill.

I am sure their lawyer told them that sending this document via email was not the legal way of serving notice... but hey... when you already going to send it to the wrong people then why argue over what is the correct method of serving papers.
