Just like their "Oath of Office" the OPP pledge to the people of Ontario to have 'Open & Honest Dialogue' is meaningless when they are actively trying to enforce Two Tier Justice. The OPP isn't even trying to inform the public - they are trying to shape the minds of the public.

The OPP's job is to enforce the laws of Canada and not to become a political party with a political agenda. The OPP do not act in accordance with their 'Oath of Office' or our Constitiution, they follow their own policies. If a Judge orders them to do something they don't like then they disobey the Judge. If the criminal code states something is a crime... no problem, they just stand there and do nothing. If two groups are doing the exact same activity the OPP will stop the non-native group.

Why is it true that all these things happen? Because the OPP is no longer a police force... it is a political party with policies that overrule the Charter of Rights, the Constitiution, the Criminal Code and any common sense.

What a bold face lie - Two Residents. If the OPP truly believe this then they are clearly incompetent and should be removed. If they don't believe it then it is clearly meant to mislead the public, and designed to divide the people of Caledonia against their own neigbours. The Photos clearly show that dozens of people were involved and they started putting up flags at the north entrance to the town. [link]

Why did the OPP leave out the fact that Flags went up first on the other side of town? Maybe because it doesn't help their propaganda that it was 'taunt First Nations Occupiers'. The OPP wants the media, and therefore the people of Ontario not to know the whole story. They know that most media will quote directly from their Press Release and will never look into what really happened.

"Despite warnings from police that these actions were juvenile and could potentially put the community at risk, these self-serving individuals continued with their plans and by doing so ramped up tensions in the Community."

Was this Press Release written by a two year old. Since when do the OPP resort to name calling to inform the public? The OPP are calling the residents of Caledonia 'juvenile'. This is the OPP's attitude towards the residents. Not only are the OPP resorting to name calling they have a crystal ball and can determine the motives of a person's heart. Wow, why have a court system when the OPP can look into a person's heart and mind and see their motives. The OPP suddenly have the ability to know that the people involved were motivated by... 'self-serving' reasons.

Wow, the OPP knows for a fact that these people didn't do it to honour the troops, didn't do it for the community, didn't do it to make a political statement and didn't do it to help out or show support to their neighbors. The OPP knows for a fact that these people did it for 'self serving' reasons.

What is more important is the OPP not only have the ability to determine the reasons of one's heart but they can define the person's whole character. The OPP doesn't say the people did it out of 'self-serving' reasons but they did it because THEY ARE 'SELF-SERVING INDIVIDUALS.

STIP THE PRESS: The OPP not only resorts to name calling, they now have the ability to define a person's whole character.

To Divide Neighbor against Neighbor

I was told more than once by people in Ipperwash back in July that the OPP know how to divide a community, to divide a household against itself. Just like in Ipperwash the OPP are going around trying to create division in the community.

They will talk to a mother about her 40 year son, or a sister about her brother, or an old man about his adult grandson. They will try to get family members to pressure other family members to fall in-line. They have done this already in Caledonia - I could list out several clear examples.

They will arrest and try to deport anyone who doesn't fall into line. They will suddenly show up at your home and claim they received a 911 call from you. They will do Press Releases to control what your neighbors think of you. They will use name calling and question your character in the hopes that people in the community will turn against you. Slander a person's character and let the rumour mill do the job for you is how the OPP work.

Anyone who was there on Saturday knows this is a complete lie. The OPP clearly stated about 100 times that people would be arested for 'Breach of the Peace'. I personally heard this and taped this several times on Saturday.

So why suddenly do the OPP claim that the person was arrested for Trespassing? Maybe their continuous use of the 'Breach of the Peace' is no longer fooling anyone. Maybe because too many people have continuously asked them how these events are a 'Breach of the Peace'.

So instead of continuing with their 'Breach of the Peace' which people in Caledonia are not buying anymore it is better to claim that someone truly did commit a crime - 'Breach of the Peace' is not a crime. They say this because they want the media to report, as many did, that people are being arrested for trespassing. For those who don't know what is going on this will sound justified.

Here we go again with the OPP trying to divide the community - 'self-motivated agendas ahead of the betterment of the community.' I didn't know that under a democracy that it was the job of the police force to determine what the 'betterment of the community' was. Here I was under the mis-understanding that it is the community that determines what is better for them and they tell the police through enacting laws. I wonder just when did the OPP determine they knew better than anyone else.

Of course the OPP wants to remind us, poor stupid people that we are, that there are 'serious consequences' for these types of 'selfish & juvenile actions'. I think by now the people of Caledonia are well aware of 'consequences'. I am equally sure the people of Ipperwash are well aware of the 'consequence' of sitting back and waiting for the OPP to do their job and for Government to address the issue.

I just like to remind the OPP, who appear to be unaware, that their actions have 'consequences' as well. Their attempt at name calling, at dividing a communty, attacking people's character and once again enforcing the laws through Racial Profiling has 'serious consequences' for the people of Caledonia and for the people of Canada.
