We attempted to talk with president Karl Walsh of Ontario Provincial Police Association and sent an email directly to him. We gave the union several options including allowing them to post their own response to our Wanted Posters.

Mr. Walsh appears willing to speak to the media and talk about closing us down but not directly with us. If you read their lawyer's letter they are only trying to find out who we are so they can 'open a dialogue' with us.

Today we were called for the first time about the OPPA attempts to have Bluehost, our server, close down our site. The union Lawyer claimed they are unable to contact us. Read our email to the union lawyer we sent today.

Blue Host has contacted us regarding your recent faxes to them - in them you state you want them to inform you who we are so you can 'open a dialogue' with us. This you sent July 10, 2006

We find it hard to understand how you have been unable to 'open a dialogue' with us since our email address is posted on our website over 1200 times. Second, if you review the email below we contacted the OPPA President directly - prior to even knowing you contacted Blue Host. We have phoned his office and emailed him below.

As stated in our email below - we offered OPPA the opportunity to post their own statement word for word. I believe you need to talk to your client about the fact that we have already tried to 'open a dialogue' and to date have received no reply. Hardly the steps taken by someone who wants to talk to us.

Your approach appears to be one of simply trying to close down our site instead of 'open dialogue'.
