Class Action Lawsuit against OPP
|
|
Class Action lawsuit includes the following: damages against the Defendant, OPP Commissioner Gwen M. Boniface and OPP Inspector Brian Haggith The Lawsuit gives several examples where it is alledged the OPP stood by while crimes against people and properity occurred. It also states the OPP have refused to obey the Courts and refused to enforce arrest warrants. The Lawsuit further alledges the OPP ignored acts of Break & Entry, demage to private property, acts of Theft, acts of Arson and acts of assault. Finally the Lawsuit alledges that both Gwen Boniface and Brian Haggith acquiesced in a commitment by the Minister of Aboriginal Affairs for Ontario not to prosecute the protestors for any criminal offences in violation of Section 41 of Police Service Act. Is there any lawyer out there that will start a Class Action against the Six Nations on behalf of all people of the Province & all Canadians. Information from various Six Nations' websites could be used to show that the leadership incited their people to violence and did little to stop them. Peaceful protest is one thing but all out attack against the instutitions of modern society (power, rail, road etc.) is quite another. To Date the cost is over $150 million - $110 million in policing, $5 million in damages, $45 million to re-purchase the properity in question. If a lawyer will take this on then we will do our best to collect donations to cover the costs. |
