Timmer FEARS for his Life

This week Timmer filed a complaint with the OPP claiming that he was in FEAR for his life since allegedly receiving a death threat - now who would threaten poor innocent Timmer?

I found a posting on the Reclamation site by Timmer where he states, "I am very upset, unhappy and discouraged... My spirit is beyond dampened... its BROKEN... Shattered..."

These words by Timmer clearly demonstrate just how hard he takes Death Threats and I, for one, take them seriously too. It appeared to many on the Reclamation site to be quite funny when posters on that site were threatening my life, but suddenly Timmer realizes just how serious such threats are.

Timmer claimed he was removing all his videos from the internet in response and continued to state, "I am removing my vids for my safety d/t threats, etc..." Who would issue such a death threat that caused Timmer to respond the way he did above?... Well, the above response is from a death threat issued to him from a Native person back on Sep. 18.

According to Timmer,On Sept. 18, 2006 he posted on this same Reclamation web site that a Native person had threatened his life – "I [Timmer] have received threat against my life from a Brother who was doing my roof…"

You got it, Timmer who has worked so hard on behalf of the Native people and directly on behalf of the Reclamation on DCE had received a 'threat against' his life. The Native person who threatened him also said, "This is why I don't work for white people."

We all know that only "white" people are racist and make racist statements - the protesters on DCE tell us this all the time. I wonder is the phrase "This is why I don't work for white people" is racist?

So it appears that Timmer, who has worked so hard for the Native people, is still seen as "white" and not just as a person.

This latest alleged death threat caused so must "FEAR" in Timmer that he reported it but failed to post anything on the Reclamation site about how "BROKEN" or how "upset" he is. Not only did Timmer fail to post how emotionally damaged he is, but he posted this comment within a few hours of the alleged death threat, "We appeared to of incited some, put fear into other..."

It appears to me that Timmer claims to have "incited" and put "fear" into people. If I believe Timmer's own words, he claims to have "incited" people at the very event he claims he was threatened. He claims to have caused fear in people at the event he claims he was threatened.

When I heard that Timmer had reported this alleged death threat I immediately gathered evidence together from all the documents, videos, photos and blog captures that I have compiled over the past 7 months and provided the resident with the evidence for any defense he may require.

I further wrote out my witness statement as to Timmer's conduct over the past 6 months at various meetings and sent a copy to the OPP.

At the time of typing this post I have been informed that the OPP will not be filing any charges against the resident from Timmer's claim. I guess it appears he taped it, but presented to the OPP a start/stop/start/stop audio, so -who knows what Timmer said that "incited" or created "fear" in people but Timmer knows.

I will continue to capture the various blogs, documents, photos and videos for any future court cases against OPP, Government or in support of alleged crimes by people.
