There are always people who cry out Peace, Peace when there is no Peace. There are always those who, regardless of facts, want so much for things not to get worse that they will convince themselves there is Peace.

Review the events just before WWII to see just how far some people were willing to go both to appease those who were doing the harm but also how far many would go to deny that harm was being done.

In Ipperwash there were divided groups in town just like Caledonia. You had some saying the residents needed to do something to bring attention to the issue while others claimed that everyone should just learn to get along, learn how to bring about unity.

Now don't get me wrong - the idea of peace & unity is great but the reality is that such goals cannot be reached unless Truth is added to the equation. There were those who believed that just the desire for peace & unity would allow an agreement with Germany to bring lasting Peace. Truth in what was happening played a distant second to the overwhelming desire for Peace.

Again Peace is great if the Peace is real. People in many ways hate Truth. Tell someone the truth about how they look or act and you will see that we don't like direct Truth – we love the grey areas.

As far as most Canadians are concerned the residents in Ipperwash live in Peace. For the people of Ontario the residents in Ipperwash live in Peace. Anyone who brings the News out from Ipperwash to show the people of Ontario and Canada that the residents are not living in Peace is guilty of breaking the Peaceful World view that they have. For many it doesn't matter whether it is true or not that Ipperwash is Peaceful as long as they believe it is Peaceful.

In a real sense many don't care about the town next to them or even the street that is 4 streets over. If you don't tell me it is not peaceful then I can continue to live in my world view of Peace. This is why I get the repeated question about why am I doing what I am doing… because 99.99% of us would not get involved. Therefore there has to be a hidden agenda, a hidden hatred or a means to make money… why…?

Because as People we rarely see anyone acting out of noble reasons. We see our politicians, our business leaders, church leaders and even ourselves demonstrate over and over that most people act out of selfish reasons.

Add on top of all this the fact that we are all human, all have shortcomings then you see just how easy other people can find fault, find errors in your character. Therefore, anyone claiming to be doing anything out of a pure motive can quickly be reduced down to the worst sort of character.

If my web site had not been created - there would have been no March, no Media attention after June other than the occasional day where media would cover some Judge saying something. Many of the People in Caledonia would be completely unaware of the intimidation in the middle of the night toward those living along DCE. The vast majority in Ontario could wake up, have a coffee, go to work, have dinner and know nothing about Caledonia.

People across Ontario & Canada could sit back and say "Canada is the best country, everything is so peaceful, we are a people of peace".

Yes, Canada is great... but we do need to help one another.

So I show people, in photos, videos and witness reports, what is happening - I didn't tell any group to destroy the Power station, burn down the bridge, etc. but suddenly people in Ontario, in Caledonia see their world view changing - everything isn't peaceful.

Who then is to blame for the fact that everything isn't peaceful... why it is Gary, if he didn't tell me that the power station was destroyed I would not know about it. This is the real stretching of the phrase, 'ignorance is bliss'. Besides, he cannot spell very well and the colours on his site are childish.

If Gary would stop... then I could forget... I could believe everything in Ipperwash & Caledonia was Peaceful. After all, Fantino was appointed and everything will return to normal.

People's problems aren't with those who commit the crimes, but rather with Gary who reports the crimes. Wouldn't it be great to live 200 years ago when you could live in Toronto without hearing about the shootings, rapes etc. Back then 10 million people could die in some place and we wouldn't have to hear about it. A return to the good old day when… I didn't have to know… when I couldn't even find out… what was happening. Everything was so peaceful in the world in the good old days.

Many claimed Gary could not have a Peaceful March - reality, Gary did have a Peaceful March.

People have to decide - do they want the false Peace of Ipperwash or a true Peace that comes only when the issues are truly dealt with?

Lasting Peace & Unity comes with Truth not with the denial of reality.

If we forgot the past we are doomed to repeat it.
