On the talk radio show this afternoon about the March for Freedom the radio hosts complained of mainstream media, Gary McHale, Caledonia Wake Up Call, and NY Crimewatch.

CKRZ complained of the fact that Christine McHale had read a letter of NY Crimewatch that explained the seriousness of the extremists views of the Warrior Society and the criminal acts that this organization had committed.

CKRZ further complained of the issues surrounding Native cigarette trade and its relations to Hezbollah. "They said they can sell cigarettes to whoever we want. We don't know what they are going to do with them after". I
CKRZ get a grip on reality. If an individual is purchasing $500,000 in tax free cigarettes a week I am sure that it not for personal use. I would assume that Native smoke shops have a responsibilty to make sure that the purchases are legal.
CKRZ further complained that CWUC is participating in Hate Crimes. This is not true.
However, CWUC and the citizens of Caledonia cannot help that the occupiers of DCE are first nations peoples. Can you help that you are first nations peoples? No.
It is imperative that CKRZ understand that those who do not support the occupation debate or critize the longhouse government without criticing the longhouse religion.
CKRZ also participated in live updates as to the movements and whereabouts of Gary McHale and the March for Freedom. CKRZ participated by using its radio station to broadcast the movements of Mr. McHale to the occupiers at DCE. That act alone is questionable.
Gary McHale had the right to assemble and to speak freely as do the occupiers of DCE.
The violent actions of the Warrior Society at DCE has made many residents on and off the reserve uncomfortable.
The occupiers message has been clearly heard. I believe if the occupiers remove the Warriors everything will be back to normal.
CKRZ has been irresponsible, making wild accusations to discredit others for voicing their opinion.
It is not hate if the information reported about a group is true.
