Caledonia - one down: Coming to a town near you.

Two Communities living together are targeted as next Caledonia. Are the Police prepared?

June 26, 2006

Algonquins of Eastern Ontario Land Claim is seeking approx. 34,000 square km for a population of 3,500. Claim is not settled as of this year.

This land claim starts approx. at North Bay and goes all the way down to the 401 east of Kingston. It includes all the towns, and their homes, and also includes Ottawa. [Maybe it is not a bad idea to give Ottawa back to the natives.]

If you think Caledonia is over and your town is not next then think again. News story posted today entitled, "Native flags flying over properties in city [Brantford]" [link]

Native spokespeople state, Native flags are popping up around the city as reminders that the Caledonia protest is just the beginning, says a protest spokesperson... This is to let people know that the issue in Caledonia and with the Confederacy isn’t limited to the postage stamp property at Douglas Creek.”

It appears that some people don't like the idea of Native Flags flying in Brantford. [link]

One thing is for sure, the people of Brantford can either address the future takeover of their property now or address them after the barricades are up. Don't hold your breath that the police will be there to protect your home, your livelihood or your lives.
