Native Crime Spree spreads to Kingston Ontario
We received an email from a Native Supporter about Natives in Kingston taking over Government land. This supporter stated, "I am interested in any factual descriptions you may have of any violent events. I suspect your perception of these is distorted."

Well we never claimed that the Natives were always violent.
Our claim is, as the title suggests, the Crime Spree must stop.

Before we link to the Kingston News Story allow us to point out a few things. Natives entering government land and cutting down trees, removing the trees and building a structure is illegal is many ways. We are not lawyers but I believe the following criminal charges apply:

1) Destruction of Public Property

2) Theft over $200

This also wouldn't include whatever charges there are for blockading a road or for building on government land. [Land Grab - Kingston]
