Not only do we have various legal documents from RCMP etc., but some USA people are quite fed up with how Ontario is dealing with these criminals in Caledonia. As such, we have received court documents, bank records and arrest warants for people who just happen to be in Caledonia protesting. We have been assured by the US source that they have had lengthy conversations with the OPP & RMCP about these matters.

McGuinty may want the public to believe that it is just mom and pop who are protesting in Caledonia, but the very reason they don't want to send in the police (there will be bloodshed) proves that the people protesting in Caledonia are well armed and well motived to commit such violence.

A few weeks ago the same OPP who claim they cannot arrest these protestors in Caledonia arrested native protestors up by Kenora who were also protesting a land claim. [Link] What is the difference you may ask? Why arrest one group and not the other? The OPP and the Ontario Government are convinced that these particular protestors in Caledonia will respond with open war - bloodshed is their fear.

Now we know the OPP are not going in with their guns blazing so who is going to start the bloodshed?

Hezbollah firmly believes that their lands have been taken illegally, their lands are currently occupied, that their people are targeted to be killed, that Israel must leave, that Israel does not exist and has no right to exist.

All of these statements can be made about the Native Protestors. They believe, not just that their land in Caledonia has been taken illegally and is currently being occupied, they believe all of Canada has been taken illegally and is occupied.

The Natives firmly believe that Canada, and all Canadians, are wilfully targeting them for death both now and in the past. They believe that the United Nations need to hold war crime trials in Canada against the people of Canada who are guilty in their eyes. They firmly believe and teach their children that Canadians are guilty of past and present genocide of the Native people.

The protestors believe that all Canadians must leave Canada and 'Go back to where they came from'. Like Israel, the Natives believe Canada has no right to be a country, no right to exist, no right to pass laws or to tax people. In short Natives refuse to accept the existence of Canada, the legal right for Canadians to be Canadian. [link]

Caledonia Native says,"They want to shoot, kill and maim our people. They don't want to deal with the land or genocide issue. It's a trumped up murder charge that can't possibly stick. Our people have been here peacefully the whole time. They can't deal with us in peace. So they want to create a violent atmosphere which is the only way they know how to deal with us. They're totally lacking in imagination. They have no training in the methodology of peace. They're running around with weapons and only approach us in aggressive ways. We haven't heard so much as a public apology for the well-documented theft of our land.." To the Natives, Canada, therefore Canadians, are terrorists. Native Laws and Native Constitution gives them the right to attack the occupiers, to attack those who are guilty of genocide.

It now appears that the Warriors, who were called in to help out in Caledonia back in March, have the same lawyers as terrorist groups. Stanley Cohen and Lynne Stewart have a long history of justifying violent behaviour as the means to political ends. It should not therefore surprise anyone that the Warriors would seek legal advice from people who justify and promote outright killing and terrorist activities.

Can you imagine asking these legal advisers whether burning down a bridge, attacking a power station, digging up the highway, attacking camera crews, assaulting residents or attempted murder were legally justified for your land claim?

Isn't it surprising how the Warriors & Hezbollah have the same lawyers??

Remember that the US had ATF agents (Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives) in the Caledonia area and that Native Protestors attacked these officers and attempted to murder an OPP officer?

Just why were US agents in Caledonia - on vacation do you think?

Back in 2004 the ATF office decided that Cigarette Smuggling was becoming linked to Terrorist funding of Al Qaeda and Hezbollah - there is that Hezbollah connection again. We all know that Native groups are playing a large role in Cigarette Smuggling. [link] In fact the natives are the largest source of cigarette smuggling and illegal weapons smuggling in Canada.

"The illegal cigarettes were manufactured by a native-owned company called Grand River Enterprises, located on the Six Nations reserve near Hamilton, Ont. The company had been denied a federal tobacco manufacturer's licence because it refused to pay excise taxes. Nine people from the reserve were eventually charged in the massive smuggling operation and, in a plea bargain, agreed to fines totalling $660,000 to avoid jail sentences. Peter Montour, the operation's ringleader, was fined $640,000. He immediately handed over a cheque for $500,000 when he was sentenced... And who do you think owns Grand River Enterprises... Ken Hill is part owner. [Link] [Link] The same Ken Hill who has provided so much support to the protesters in Caledonia. Ken Hill supplied the equipment that dug up the road and it is reported that he trucked in the tires to be burned and supplied money to finance the protesters. It is reported that Ken Hill tried to buy the land before Henco owned it - that's right folks Ken Hill, the native, tried to buy land the Natives now claim was always theirs.

"Ken Hill, a Mohawk from Six Nations, and Jerry Montour, a Mohawk from Wahta, are partners with others at Grand River Enterprises, which is located on the Six Nations Indian Reserve. GRE, which is a cigarette manufacturing plant, is the largest private business on the Six Nations Reserve, employing approximately 175 people. They have recently expanded operations to a plant located in Germany and are also looking at establishing a plant in South Africa. Ken and Jerry will talk about this exciting international project." Gun Smuggling:

"Fake names were used for the federal gun purchase forms. 102 of the 400 weapons sold to them have been recovered from crime scenes in Canada. These guns contributed to five murders, 12 armed robberies, and one suicide. Tyler Hemlock (Karoniaktatie) had purchased more than 75 hand guns from Reed.Police wiretaps of Tyler Hemlock and Onerahtase Phillips showed that many of the guns were going to Oneida Reserve near Southwold, The Oneidas in Wisconsin and the Six Nations Reserve... Reed cooperated with the ATF on their investigation. A 1994 Bureau of AFT reports from Burlington, VT show that 67 weapons from Reed ended up in crimes in Canada" [link]

Back to the ATF officers and cigarette smuggling: "This is a major priority for us," said Michael Bouchard, assistant director of the ATF. "The deeper we dig into these cases, the more ties to terrorism we're discovering." This was in 2004.

"With huge profits -- and low penalties for arrest and conviction -- illicit cigarette trafficking now has begun to rival drug trafficking as a funding choice for terrorist groups, said William Billingslea, an ATF senior intelligence analyst who has studied the issue extensively."

The follow document was sent to us regarding the bank account of one Native smuggler currently facing charges in the US. [document] Notice the $88,056.77 wire transfer on Mar. 2, 2004 - the state is arguing, "the wire transfers were for smuggling from Canada to the US. He further was involved with paying illegal fees in exchange for protection to stop the Elected Council from closing him down." This account went through $900,000 in one month.

The Canadian Government has been telling us since 911 that terrorists will attack our transportation routes, our power centers, our economic resources and attempt to directly harm the citizens of Canada.

Just how does the Canadian Government know of these methods? Quite simple - they, like us, see terrorists doing these things all around the World.

Our Native Home Grown Terrorists follow the same pattern. A pattern the government hopes Canadians will not notice.

The Natives have attacked a Power Station. They have laid claim to Windmill production in Ontario and to Alberta Oil production.

The Natives have attacked our Transportation Routes - both highway and railway, both in Caledonia area and elsewhere in Canada.

The Natives perform economic terrorism by continuously contacting world stock markets about Canadian Corporations as a means to influence stock prices.

Native Protestors have murdered 2 residents in Ipperwash in the last 2 years - bodies chopped up and disposed of on Native lands. They have attempted to murder OPP in Caledonia, assaulted seniors & residents, attacked several media people and carried out continuous intimidation of residents.

Native Protestors have assaulted children (Ipperwash), burned down residents' homes (Ipperwash), burned down barns & workshops (Caledonia).

Other testimony [Ipperwash Inquiry] during the hearing included fascinating insight into police intelligence on the native criminal element.

Mention was made of OPP officers being run off the Oneida Reserve near London at gunpoint by warriors carrying AK47s.

Of the Mohawk warriors there offering $50,000 to anyone who shoots down an OPP helicopter.

Of armed warriors guarding marijuana grow operations.

Of warriors hiding in bush lines training high-powered, scoped weapons at TRU officers performing duties on reserves.

And warrior plans to kill Ken Deane, the OPP officer who fatally shot Dudley George, an unarmed native protester at Ipperwash. [link]

Ken Deane along with two other OPP officers, key witnesses regarding Ipperwash, suddenly died before they could testify.

A well-trained Police Officer in Caledonia has reported shots being fired and witnessing Native snipers behind homes in Caledonia. The OPP have tried to claim these sounds were fire crackers. The Police Officer's response to OPP Claims is that he has served in the Canadian Military and has been an officer for years, "I can even tell them the type of the gun used".

On May 22, 2006, control systems at the hydro transformer station located on Argyle Street South, just south of the protestors' barricade, were purposefully destroyed and set on fire by participants in the protest causing over $l million in damages and power failure throughout Haldimand County and Norfolk County for periods of time ranging from 3 to 48 hours. On the evening of June 4th 2006, the security guard was sitting in his security car when a number of Protestors approached the vehicle (approximately 10) in a truck. The truck was driven into the security vehicle and the protestors jumped out and began to beat on the car, threatening the security guard, ordering him to get out and leave.
