The follow information with photos was sent to us yesterday.

See files below, these were taken on the Hamilton West mountain, high above the norhtwest corner of west 5th street and Southbend street, just northwest of Upper James and Mohawk. Apparently there is another flag near by and apparently the front window of the home is duct taped from something that went through the window. I was told it was around Southbend and Upper Wellington.
