Mr. Fantino: You are a Liar or your Officers don't obey you?

On Jan. 9th Mr. Fantino met with the Rotary Club in Caledonia at a secret location and all the people who were going to show up had to submit their names and be approved. [Link]

During that meeting Jason Clark stated there was in fact Two Tier Justice in Caledonia then asked, "How can you leave Mohawk Flags up." Fantino stated that the OPP had no authority to remove any Flags.

I quite agree with Mr. Fantino on this matter. The 1993 Supreme Court ruling gives everyone the right to put up Flags and other objects. The Police have no right to remove them.

Since Mr. Fantino told the people of Caledonia, through the Rotary Club, that the OPP had no authority to remove any Flags then can Mr. Fantino explain why OPP officers removed the Canadian Flag that I put up on Jan. 20th?

If you look at the photo you will see duct tape on the pipe about 1 foot to the left of the Canadian Flag. The Natives put up the Canadian Flag the night before while the OPP watched. However, the OPP removed the Canadian Flag I put up within 10 minutes of my placing it there.

Mr. Fantino you claimed you had no authority to remove Flags so why did your officers remove the Canadian Flag I put up while leaving the Canadian Flag the Natives put up?
