BREAKING NEWS - OPP Officers admit to Orders

Jan. 10, 2006

I have been waiting to run this story until I had mutliple sources to support the facts.

More than one OPP Officer has now come forward to report that during OPP briefings they were ordered not to arrest any 'Native' person without first getting authorization from higher brass.

OPP Officers have told reporters that there is Two Tier Justice in Caledonia but this is the first time we can confirm that OPP Officers are directly ordered 'NOT' to arrest Natives in Caledonia.

This is a violation of the Ontario Police Services Act and is completely illegal in Ontario. It is also a violation against the Oath of Office that each officer takes. Their oath commits them to act in a way to prevent crimes.

As soon as we can get any case in court these officers will be subpeonaed to testify to these illegal actions by the OPP. The OPP brass will do everything possible to ensure no case makes it to trial.
