On radio and to newspapers our OPP Commissioner has been calling me a 'Bad Cold' that won't go away. It appears name calling is the best way for the OPP to deal with the Two Tier Justice they have illegally created in Caledonia and Ipperwash.

I have had three gatherings in Caledonia and not one single violent action has occurred. I repeatedly call upon people not to use violence, no crimes, no racial slurs and no swearing as well. I make it clear that our goal is to win the media and through them the hearts of Canadians.

Canadians are peaceful people who have a common sense view of Equality and Justice for all. We hold dear to the idea that all people are free to practice their beliefs, their culture and to voice their views while holding to a firm belief that we are all subject to the laws of this country and must be treated equally under the law.

My message is absolutely clear - An End to OPP Two Tier Justice. Fantino, faced with the reality that everyone can see just how the OPP's policies has illegally created a Two Tier System, has no logical argument and therefore must resort to name calling.

I have committed no crimes and the OPP has failed to find any charge they can lay against me. They illegally kept me in jail overnight and demonstrated that the OPP was willing to commit serious crimes against average Canadians to bring about an end to Free Speech.

I have the backing of the 1993 Supreme Court Ruling ordering the Government, and thus the police, not to interfere with individual people's Freedom of Expression by stopping them from posting objects on hydro poles. The OPP once again demonstrates that they do no care what our courts say because the OPP, and the OPP alone, dictate to the People of Ontario what laws will be enforced and which laws they will turn a blind eye to.

To be clearer, the OPP determine what people they will arrest and which people they will allow to have free reign. The repeated criminal acts by Native people while OPP officers stand by and watch is well documented for all to see.

The OPP continue to refuse to arrest anyone for the destruction of the Power Station, the burning down of the bridge, the digging up of the highway, the blocking of the Railway Line, the kidnapping of 2 female OPP officers, the destruction of several vehicles, the burning down of barns, the nightly intimidation of residents, the open & public threats against the OPP & the Government, etc., etc.

Mr. Fantino appears to share the pro-Native view that individual Canadians should be seen as non-human, as a disease on society and as something that should be removed.

Mr. Fantino you are a human being and I will not resort to your childish name calling to present my message to Canadians. You may feel better by attacking me as a person but I remain a person who has the right to be seen as a human.

Is this the way you see your job as one who declares to people just who in society is a disease?

We all know that if you would have referred to any Native person this way you would be out of a job before the end of the week.

You should be ashamed of your actions.
