It has come to my attention that suddenly Sky Woman (also known as kakwerakeron on the Reclamation site) is going around creating false stories about my views and my so-called hidden agenda. Suddenly Sky Woman is claiming that I am guilty of some serious criminal acts - Threatening Mayor Trainer, Blackmail and he claims I am a Nazi. Of course he provides no evidence for these claims.

I must say that I find it funny that I am the one with a hidden agenda when I am the only person who posts my views openly on all sites. On both the 49th parrellel and on the Reclamation site I use my own name. I have nothing to hide and present myself openly to the public and endure all the attacks for doing so. Clearly Sky Woman, aka kakwerakeron, hides behind coded names so people will not know who he is or why he is saying what he says.

From my understanding 'Sky Woman' is the native equivalent to the 'Virgin Mary'. kakwerakeron is the Native Name for Art Montour (or one of the Native characters in Caledonia). Therefore, Sky Woman picks names that would bug Native people - many Natives have been upset that he using the name Sky Woman. It would be like me posting under the name Jesus.

Sky Woman created NYcrimewatch as a means to post stories directly against individual Native people that he dislikes. Read his speech form the March for Freedom of Oct. 15th. Compare these three speeches and you will see that Sky Woman is focused on the Natives and Warriors and the great harm they have done to him and his family. Anne-Marie and MaryLou, like myself, are focused on the OPP and Government.

NYcrimewatch was created so Sky Woman could attack indivdual Natives and allow others to link without being libel. Sky Woman believed that because the USA doesn't have any Hate Crime Laws and are far more Liberal in the Free Speech Rights that he could say anything he wanted without incurring any problems. Once again allow me to state that almost everything Sky Woman sent me was never posted on my site. I will not post a story without a backup witness to confirm it.

Sky Woman has many reasons to attack individual Natives by name. When he first contacted me he stated, "I am a NY State licensed private investigator. I have dealt with many of the Akwesasne Mohawk Warriors that are present in Caledonia. I am willing to e-mail you background info on the the Mohawk Warrior protesters including psych reports at no charge."

He then did email me personal bank records, criminal records and psych reports for individual Native people. I guess he hoped I would post everything to discredit these Native people - I have not posted any of it. He then created NYcrimewatch and named several Natives as terrorists and as being involved in organized crime. He then provided the Hamilton Spectator with a series of stories about the Tobacco Kings to discredit the various Native people who own Grand River Enterprises. Sky Woman's repeated attempts to name individual Natives as Terrorists, as members and supporters of Organized Crime caused the Grand River Enterprises (owned by Ken Hill, Montour and others) to have their lawyers send him a letter threatening to sue if he didn't make a correction. [Link]

Since Sky Woman has closed down NYcrimewatch and suddenly stopped talking about Ken Hill & Montour, but is focus on attacking me, then I can guess that maybe, just maybe, he has reached a deal with Grand River Enterprises to try to correct all the bad press that he created for them.

Why has Sky Woman been so quiet since the 1st March?

It appears Sky Woman suddenly realized that my agenda is not against the Natives or the Warriors but against the OPP and our Government. According to Sky Woman I am 'brutally' attacking the OPP for 'no apparant reason.' Hello, Sky Woman have you been following what is happening?

Prior to my announcement in early September for the first March, there had been several violent events between Natives and non-Natives. Since my announcement there has not been one violent event between the two groups. In fact, I have worked very hard to take the focus off Land Claims, off the Natives and put it on the OPP & the Government. Since September everything has focused against the OPP. People are expressing themselves in terms of the failure of the OPP and of the Government.

People see the OPP & Government as the problem and not so much that the Native People are the problem. Not one violent clash between Native & non-Native since my announcement of the marches. In fact I have argued with both the OPP & Government that by me providing events for people to focus on people have some means to express themselves and therefore will not take the law into their own hands.

However, Sky Woman hates the fact that I will not focus on individual Natives. He wanted me to attack those who have harmed his family.

Why has Sky Woman been so quiet? There are several reasons:

1) You can see that GRE has threatened to sue him [Link] - they found out who he was and sent him a letter. In an email from Sky Woman he states, "Kinda looks like I was made by GRE's investigator's or they took a wild shot by using my professional e-mail address. I think it's a wild shot. It's not addressed to me, no letter mailed. They are on a wild goose chase looking. I believe.. Post the letter. This corroborates the Tobacco King story and other's. They are playing dirty. They are scared. Just alot of legal mumbo jumbo. They are trying to intimidate. Gotta Love It! I just got a little spooked!LOL! Post it on 49th too. I don't know how to put picks up on there."

2) According to Sky Woman the warriors planted a pipe bomb under his father's car and issued a Cash Reward for his death.

3) Sky Woman (Jon Sabin, NY Private investigator) has been arrested and now faces criminal charges. The following link is the news story. According to the report it states, "The subjects according to the ‘press release’, falsely represented themselves as “trustees” of ‘several different Indian Confederacies located in Akwesasne and as far away as Maine’. Sabin was additionally arrested for Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st, when he filed a false Property Deed at the St. Lawrence County Clerk’s Office, which contained false information, the release further stated. The defendants were arrested on a Superior Court Warrant of Arrest stemming from a St. Lawrence County Grand Jury Indictment."

Sky Woman told me these charges were dropped but after the March on Oct 15 New York filed indictments against Sky Woman - at least this is what his father told me.

4) He had 2 mini-heart attacks after the March on Oct 15 and spent many days in the hospital - a lot of time to think about the problems he had.

Clearly there are a lot of people going after Sky Woman and he has many reasons to suddenly change his support.

My Agenda has not changed: I am against OPP Two Tier Justice

Sky Woman suddenly appears last week claiming I have a hidden agenda or a changed agenda.

The only thing that has been hidden is Sky Woman's anger against the warriors, against individual Natives and who he is.

Sky Woman wanted Money and I wouldn't Pay

Many people will remember that NYcrimewatch was to start a $1 billion law suit against the Warriors and GRE.

Sky Woman pressured me and two other people involved in Caledonia to give him $10,000 and when I would not start a fund raiser for him he got quite angry with me. Sky Woman emailed me and stated, "Also wondering about the fundraising for Warrior law suit. Will you do some sort of fundraising at the Rally for it? Need to work on it shortly. Have you been taking enough time to rest?" This email came to me on Oct 12th.

It was a simple call questioning why Sky Woman was suddenly changing sides. He repeatedly told me that the Natives were about to turn quite violent - burn down homes and maybe kill a resident. The Tape shows that I do not share his view and that he is lying to people about his real beliefs (remember he is posting that Gary is causing the violence not that the Natives are about to turn violent.)

The tape shows that I repeatedly told him to post his true beliefs and quit lying to the public. Once again I do not believe Sky Woman's view that the Natives are about to turn violent. I state quite clearly that the Government and even the OPP will not allow the violence to start back up the way it was before or get worse according to Sky Woman's views.

There is no blackmail and no threats to the Mayor. It is just me telling Sky Woman to quit lying to the public about his views.
