Do you know who Wrote this? Regarding Police Discretion: It does not mean that anyone is above the law or that police services should have different standards for Aboriginal peoples. Nor does it mean that the rule of law and public order are somehow subservient to Aboriginal interests. Police discretion at Aboriginal occupations and protests does not mean that law-breakers are never charged. It simple means that lawbreakers should be charged when it is neither dangerous nor needlessly provocative to do so. In the context of an Aboriginal occupation or protest, I believe this means police must be certain to pursue protesters or others alleged to have committed serious offences. from page 10 a quote from a tobacco smuggler: Tobacco smugglers' only fear is losing a load of cigarettes. We do not fear law enforcement. They will pull us over, seize the load, and maybe we get arrested; but most likely we do not. Worst case scenario, we go to jail for a couple of months before returning to smuggling again. Think about it. A small fish like me can make $50,000 a month working only a few hours each week. The big fish make hundreds of thousands a week, most of which goes to the Middle East in cash or trade transactions.
Six Nations' Council Vote to support Criminal Behaviour:
After days of illegal activities by Native Protesters in Caledonia the 6N council has voted to support them - I guess this makes terrorism in Canada legal?
To Gary or Mark,
I would like to become a member of this very legit organization because I live in Caledonia and have seen so much of the corruption of the OPP and the Ontario Government played out before my very eyes. There is no one in a lobby group or media that can distort what I have seen with my own eyes. This is obviously not going on all over Canada at the moment, but I shudder to think that as time passes, our extremely weak kneed Governments and OPP will have created a monster here that may eventually lead to bringing in the Armed Forces which may then lead to armed battles where the Natives will not win. The Government and OPP deliberately allow themselves to be "played the fool" by thugs and criminals instead of calling a spade a spade. I think that the Government feels that they must be doing the right thing, but I strongly believe that their social experiments are starting to blow up in their faces. The recent Caledonia #6 bypass blockade demonstrates that although the Government is trying to negotiating in good faith, the Native thugs continue to laugh in their face as they take advantage of the gentle hand approach that the Government is showing them. The Government and OPP need to be honest with the public and admit that certain people within the Native community are corrupt criminals and to treat them as such. The public at large will understand and accept this. Calling a spade a spade is not racist any more than it is to say that there are corrupt criminals that are white because that is also true.
Presently I am in a job where I am not sure if I would or would not be blacklisted by my employer if McGuinty's cronies or the OPP were to find that I want to become a member of CANACE. I want to do this in order to stand up for the Charter of rights ie that all persons are to be treated equal regardless of their race, and that no one is above the law. The very fact that I am worried that the authorities could potentially black ball me for my views on equality for all persons in this country, concerns me greatly. I have lost significant confidence in the Provincial Government and the OPP. They are not protecting the Charter of rights for our citizens and they are doing all of this in the vain hope that not one person will get hurt. When you work with criminal organizations, people will get hurt, but one hell of allot more people are going to get hurt if the police cease to enforce the law against criminals.

A US Resident has officially filed a Terrorist Warning to the US Embassy - By Law US Homeland Security must investigate the Terrorist Threat to the USA. The basis of the danger is the Failure of the OPP to secure the Hydro Transmission Lines in Caledonia which would affect the Eastern Seaboard.

US Steel, which has a contract with Stelco in Hamilton, is really angry that they can't get their steel from Stelco since the rail lines are blocked in Caledonia. Apparently the natives have actually torn up the railway tracks and used the metal lines to block the highway.
Fantino continues to fail to find any criminal code offenses for all the crimes being committed in Caledonia .
It should be noted that Fantino, on Dec. 1, 2007, clearly told the public that I would be arrested... in the end they claim I told someone to move his vehicle across #6 to block it which the OPP admit no one followed this advice. I have criminal charges for speaking meanwhile no criminal charges for 3 days of blockades in Caledonia .
Now there is proof that thousands of dollars of damages have been done to #6 bypass. See the following pictures from the Spectator and note how Native Protesters are placing spikes across the road to damage vehicles and are also damaging the bypass itself.

When residents had a convoy to Queen's Park with the Mayor and a local council member, the OPP handed out a warning to each person regarding possible criminal charges they were willing to lay against people. Now Native Protesters have blocked the #6 bypass for two days without any charges. Maybe Fantino could explain when the Criminal Code was written to be enforced solely based on your skin colour or race?
