| The above photo is of Douglas Creek Estates (DCE) in Caledonia, Ontario. As you can see warrior flags are flying around the homes which the natives have taken illegally and have continued to live in them for the past 6 months. The Ontario Government continues to pay all hydro and water bills for these homes and refuses to arrest these criminals.
In the background you can see the large hydro towers that cross into Native Controlled lands. The OPP (Ontario Provincial Police) and Six Nations Police have not secured these towers. Review the photos to the right to get a better idea of what is happening. ---- On May 22, 2006, control systems at the hydro transformer station located on Argyle Street South, just south of the protesters' barricade, were purposefully destroyed and set on fire by participants in the protest causing over $l million in damages and power failure throughout Haldimand County and Norfolk County for periods of time ranging from 3 to 48 hours. The act was recorded on security equipment installed at the site and the perpetrators were known to the OPP - no arrests or warants issue so far. [As reported in Lawsuit] At the time the OPP refused to protect the hydro transformer station and during the attack on the hydro station the OPP did not respond to the emergency. Six Nations Police were no where to be found and fire trucks were stopped by Native Protesters.
After the above attack the OPP continued to refuse to protect the Hydro station. This refusal forced Hydro One to hire a private security firm to guard the transfer station - see below. |

| June 4, 2006, after the OPP had refused Hydro One's request to provide policing of the Caledonia transformer station, a 20 year old student, William Cowan, who had been hired by a private security firm to guard the transformer station, was swarmed by a number of the protesters who smashed the security car while he was inside the vehicle, threatened him with death if he did not leave, then put gasoline on the car, lit it on fire and entirely destroyed the vehicle; [As reported in Lawsuit]
Additional Report: On the evening of June 4th 2006, the security guard was sitting in his security car when a number of Protesters approached the vehicle (approximately 10) in a truck. The truck was driven into the security vehicle and the protesters jumped out and began to beat on the car, threatening the security guard to get out and leave. The security guard fled the scene in his own private vehicle parked near by, he was forced to drive through a field to escape. Below is a photo showing that the OPP finally started protecting the Power Station but that was only after the Native Protesters gave them the okay. This okay only came after the above events took place. |

| Aug 4, 2006, Natives have started to place towers near the road side that can be quickly pulled across the roads. The Photo shows one such tower near the highway bypass. Another tower with a flag on it is about 200 ft away.
Once again the Natives claim ownership of the Towers, transmittion lines and they use them at will. |

| "This Native element is extremely well organized and weaponized. This terrorist threat is to electrical Towers which stand on property located in According to an eye witness report the following event took place: On July 7th OPP SWAT team entered Native Lands in Caledonia to remove acetylene torches the natives had placed at the base of Hydro Towers. We spoke to a long standing resident of Caledonia who told us that he was the one who phoned the OPP to report the torches. He did this after several residents noticed the torches and questioned why Natives would want these torches so close to the towers. |
|
|
This resident informed us that he personally went up to the torches and checked the gas gauges and that someone did their best to photograph them from the road - see image to right. The final report from OPP is that there were only a roll of hydro cables there. However, if you look closely you will see that there is a tall cyclinder shaped object - about 12" wide by 4ft high. Acetylene torches have two tanks - one Red, which we can see, and another one green, which would be in behind the first tank. These cyclinders are heavy and you don't just pick them up and carry them through the woods. This set of tanks are part of an old wheel-barrel type wagon which can be hooked up to a truck to be moved or pushed along the ground. As such the wheels on this type of wagon are large and metal to handle all the hazards of moving them around and to allow them to move easier. On the day of the SWAT team raid several residents saw the SWAT team while driving down the road. The OPP called the resident who had reported it to the OPP claiming that the only thing there were a few cables - remember the resident's claims he walked up to the torches and looked at the gauges. | The photo to the right was taken on Aug 8, 2006, just a few hours after Superior Court Judge Marshall ordered the Native Protesters to be arrested. This was the 4th hearing since his March order stating that any protesters found on DCE (Douglas Creek Estates) land after Mar. 22 were to be arrested, fingerprinted and photographed for criminal contempt of Court.
Since Mid April when the OPP failed at their limited attempt to uphold the court order, the OPP has repeatedly refused to obey the Judge. The Aug. 8, 2006 ruling by Judge Marshall was quickly rejected by the OPP and the Natives & Residents clashed that night. [detailed account] Once again the Native Protesters/Terrorists wanted to send a clear message to the OPP and Ontario and Federal Governments that they still controlled the Hydro Lines. The OPP and Six Nations Police did not respond to the fires you see by the Hydro lines that day as it is within Native occupied lands. |

Six Nations is trying to take over control of other Power Generators.

"That land is our land," said Kahntineta Horn, who signed the document with another woman known only as Katenies. In Six Nations tradition, women act as titleholders of the land. "As the owners of the land, we are now the owners of the windmills," the letter reads. Canadian Hydro project manager Jeff Carnegie dismissed the claim. He said the company will forge ahead with the second phase of the $400-million project and build 88 new turbines over the next two years. The windmills are expected to produce enough electricity to power a city the size of Federal and Provincial Governments refuse to enforce our laws because Natives across Canada are prepared to terrorize the people of Canada. Below is a message from a Native Chief which was printed in the Winnipeg Free Press - 26 hours drive from Caledonia. [See whole message] "Hundreds and hundreds of billions of resource wealth is travelling on thousands and thousands of miles of railway lines in this country. You whites did not bring these resources to our lands in your little boats, you left your god-given resources in Europe. If you didn't hear the anger at the Treaty 1-11 conference, you don't realize the consequences of blooding the faces of Mohawks. Right now the government is negotiating without the economic consequences of railway blockades." Sincerely, Chief Terrance Nelson - August 9, 2006, Winnipeg Free Press Back in June the Natives in Manitoba forced CN railway to seek an injuction to stop them from blockading the railway in Manitoba in support of the Caledonia protesters. [link] [link] Railway blockages in Caledonia had caused a 25% layoff of the employees at Southern Ontario Railway, based in Hamilton. [See effects to other businesses][link] Mohawks from the Tyendinaga reserve about 20 kilometres east of Belleville, Ont., lit bonfires beside a CN track to show support for natives maintaining barricades in the dispute in Caledonia, south of Hamilton.
