Court Case File No406/95

The precedent that is being set in the Town of Caledonia is Unheard of in modern day Canadian History.  Because the land is deeded and is clearly free and clear of any possible ownership except that of the Henco  Construction Co. this action means to us the citizens of Caledonia that NO Deeded land is safe.  No Deeds through out Canada actually Exist and Valid... After all what is to say that a band of Protestors cannot set up camp in any city in Canada and claim that land as theirs?  We only ask that this be dealt with in a fair manner which our legal and democratic system demands as law abiding citizens of Canada.

The actual Documentation which shows the land being Patented From the Queen through to present day.  These are PDF Formats and all are public documents.
